Refund Policy

The pottery on this site is handmade and fired twice in a kiln: once in a bisque firing, then once in a glaze firing. Because all pieces are handmade, no two pieces are exactly the same. 

All sales are final. I do not accept cancellations after payment is processed.

Thank you for understanding. 

Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase if there is any breakage or damage that occurred during shipping. If so, please reach out to me--I will work with you to arrange for a refund or exchange for a different piece. Broken pieces may be exchanged for a piece of equal or lesser value. 

Once an order is complete, I ship priority so that you can get your piece within 3-4 days.
